Jessica Lee is an elite advisor coach with CEG Worldwide. She deploys her strengths in relationship management and helping financial professionals take strategic actions to achieve their greatest life of significance. As a former two-sport college athlete and coach, Lee understands how important the partnership is between a coach and a client.

As a coach, Lee partners with wealth managers to identify gaps between where they are now and where they want to go. In doing so, she helps advisors implement proven strategies to achieve their desired outcomes and race up the hierarchy of advisor success.

After working for more than ten years in client services and sales and with more than six years of coaching experience, Lee knows what truly grabs attention and drives communication. She understands that the most genuine, vital conversations are those that connect people with one another in ways that add true value to each other’s businesses and lives. Lee is dedicated to helping others advance faster than they ever thought possible.

Lee holds sociology and organizational leadership degrees from Arizona State University and her ICF Coaching Certification from Erickson International. She enjoys spending her free time with her family— playing at the beach, attending the local farmers’ markets and exploring new heights on local hikes.
