Hanna Kappes brings a unique and impressive array of tools to the CEG Worldwide family. Her early-career experiences as both a college athlete and then head coach for both domestic and international teams gave her solid skills in leadership, management and relationship building. This foundation showed her that a winning partnership between a coach and client is best cultivated through a shared understanding of desired goals and how they can jointly be achieved.

A Tennessee native raised on a tobacco and cattle farm with three older brothers, Kappes is no stranger to operating successful businesses. Before joining CEG Worldwide, she worked in corporate financial sectors in sales, marketing and operations, specializing in helping businesses navigate key challenges to achieve important goals. Her business development knowledge and skill in streamlining organizations’ scope changed the way financial firms run their operations to be more profitable and productive.

Her many years of innovative experience, entrepreneurial spirit, operations expertise and record of helping firms achieve goals and exceed expectations have all combined to give her a deep passion for coaching that she brings to every interaction with her advisor clients.
