Ron Reynolds is the Managing Principal of Talent at CEG Worldwide, and the driving force behind the company’s exceptional talent management success. With over 30 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and leadership development, Ron is a highly accomplished principal of operations and talent.
Throughout his career, Ron has designed and implemented strategies that align with business objectives, enhance engagement, and improve organizational performance. His deep understanding of the importance of talent management has helped many companies attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Before joining CEG Worldwide, Ron served as the Chief Operating Officer for Reinhardt Werba Bowen Advisory Services, where his staff provided best-in-class service to over 500 advisors and 8,000 investors in a $1.6 billion financial services firm.
He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and has completed graduate work at both Harvard University and the University of Rochester.
